Your position
In your new position as Consultancy Manager in the Transitional Energies division, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of providing Consultants to our Customers. As part of a dedicated team focused on assisting our customers shaping the energy transition, your work will directly contribute to creating a sustainable future. 

You will also serve as an active sparring partner for project and line managers, ensuring alignment and execution excellence.

Your place of work will be at our Global HQ located in Esbjerg, the hub of the Danish energy industry, right on the waterfront – where the views don’t get any better. The position is full-time, and you can expect to travel approximately 10-30 days per year.

Your tasks & responsibilities
As a Consultancy Manager, you will take on significant responsibility in project scheduling and resource management, working closely with project managers and stakeholders.

Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

• Sales Management: Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence in the market.
• Market Analysis: Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify new sales and growth opportunities. Adjust sales strategies based on market feedback and results.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Understand client needs and develop solutions that meet these needs.
• Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor the team to enhance their skills and performance. Set clear team goals and KPIs and manage performance reviews.
• Training and Development: Assess the training needs of consultants to enhance team capabilities, ensure compliance, and align with industry standards and sales objectives.
• Recruitment: Seach and match candidates vs. open customer requests.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports on team performance, sales results, and strategic pursuits to upper management.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our customers to ensure a cohesive approach to market and customer satisfaction, other internal departments, including sales and marketing, project, engineering and customer service. 
• Supporting resource forecasting and ensuring allocation aligns with project changes.

Your profile & qualifications
We are seeking a proactive and organized Consultant Manager, passionate about sales and managing consultants within the energy industry.

You have a structured and detail-oriented approach to your work and are eager to contribute to innovative solutions in the energy transition.

To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have:

• Extensive experience in Sales and/or People Management.
• Preferably a technical education relevant to the energy industry.
• Preferably a solid network within the energy industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• A solid understanding of consulting processes.
• Experience in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in oral and written Danish and English.
