Director, Supply Chain

Your position
In your new position as Supply Chain Director in our Rig & Marine division, you will be a valuable member of the dedicated procurement, warehouse and logistic Team whose mission is to ensure cost-efficient, reliable, and Lean-driven supply chain solutions. You will have the chance to shape procurement strategies, strengthen supplier relationships, and drive continuous improvement across procurement, warehouse, and logistics processes. Above all, your work will make a real change for the global energy sector.

Your place of work will be at our Global HQ located in Esbjerg, the hub of the Danish energy industry, right on the waterfront – views do not get any better than this. The position is full-time, and you can expect limited travel activity.

Your tasks & responsibilities
As a Supply Chain Director, you will be responsible for leading procurement, warehouse, and logistics activities while ensuring efficiency and continuous improvement across all processes.

Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

• Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of operational and strategic buyers
• Defining and executing procurement strategies aligned with company objectives
• Overseeing and optimizing warehouse and logistics operations
• Driving cost optimization, supplier performance, and risk management initiatives
• Supporting and adhering to health, safety, and environmental standards in all activities

Your profile & qualifications
We are looking for a proactive and inspiring Supply Chain Director who is passionate about operational excellence and eager to leave a personal mark on our supply chain performance. You have a strong ability to motivate and influence others while maintaining trust at all organizational levels.

To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have:

• Several years of experience from a senior supply chain or procurement role, preferably within the maritime, offshore, or energy industries
• Solid experience with procurement strategies, supplier performance management, and Lean methodologies
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, inspire, and develop teams
• Fluency in English and Danish, both verbally and in writing
• A creative and analytical approach to problem-solving combined with strong attention to detail
