Student Assistant - Site Operation, Renewables Division Aalborg

Your position

As a Student Assistant in the Renewables Division, you will be part of our Site Operations team at our office in Aalborg. The team supports offshore renewable projects by ensuring effective coordination, structured processes, and smooth daily operations on sites around the world.

In this role, you will work closely with site management and operational stakeholders, supporting planning, coordination, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives in a dynamic project environment.

Your place of work will be at our Office in Aalborg, where you will work part-time alongside your studies. Working hours will be agreed individually to ensure flexibility and a good balance between work and university commitments. Expected 25 hours a week

Your tasks & responsibilities

As a Student Assistant in Site Operations, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including handling ad-hoc tasks and documentation.
  • Assist in daily operations and strategic initiatives, contributing to both short-term and long-term projects.
  • Support recruitment activities, such as scheduling interviews and coordinating hiring processes.
  • Help develop and maintain standards and guidelines to improve consistency and efficiency across the team.
  • Collaborate on management projects, offering research, analysis, and organizational assistance as needed.

Your profile & qualifications

We are looking for a proactive and curious student who enjoys working in a structured environment and collaborating across teams and disciplines. You have an interest in renewable energy projects and large-scale construction environments.

To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have:

  • Enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably within business management, operations management, process optimization, or a related field
  • Fluency in written and verbal English
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • A flexible, responsible, and collaborative mindset with a strong focus on safety
