Your role
Your primary responsibility will be to support the tendering and project & Fabrication procurement activities within Rig & Marine, focusing on engineering, project management, project execution, fabrication, and installation services for offshore drilling rigs and offshore wind installation vessels.
At Semco Maritime safety is a core value, and in this role, you will contribute to maintaining and promoting a strong safety culture while delivering innovative solutions. Above all, your work will make a real change for the global energy sector.
Your place of work will be at our Global HQ located in Esbjerg, the hub of the Danish energy industry, right on the waterfront – views do not get any better than this. The position is full-time.
Your tasks & responsibilities
As our Technical Buyer, you will play a key role in managing procurement and supplier relationships for our projects Rig & Marine and our Fabrication Facilities, with a special emphasis on technical purchases related to fabrication.
Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

You must be a capable, confident team player with strong stakeholder management skills.
A key responsibility will be aligning the project procurement process and strategy with Semco Maritime’s values and commercial objectives. Experience from the Energy, Offshore, or Oil & Gas industry or with IFS ERP systems is an advantage but not a requirement.
